Project 1

This stately 1907 Victorian received a complete interior remodel, restoration of its exterior materials, the addition of a second dwelling unit at the ground floor, and a new roof deck. The original interior woodwork and mouldings were restored, and all new woodwork and mouldings complement the original character. A garage with a roof deck was added at the rear alley, and a side deck and garden were provided adjacent to the kitchen.
